Online shopping isn’t the same as being able to shop in person- we get it. We take every measure possible to ensure our products are photographed clearly with enough information supplied.. to help you add to cart. 

Refunds

Please check all details carefully when placing your order with Ninety Degree as we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges/Credit

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Ninety Degree purchase, we are happy to provide you with an exchange or credit only, subject to these conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns after this date will not be accepted.

  • Item must not be worn, in its original condition and have the swing tag still attached. A return will not be processed if the swing tag has been cut off.

  • Sale items can only be returned for an online credit.

  • Due to hygiene reasons there is strictly no returns on hats.

  • A returns form must be completed and sent back with your item(s). A Returns/Exchanges form is included in all orders sent by Ninety Degree. If you have misplaced your Returns/Exchanges form you can download another one here

Please allow up to 3 working days for Ninety Degree to process your exchange or credit. You will be notified by email the progress of your exchange.

Customers will continue to receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, which can be used to update the status of your parcel.

If an urgent exchange is required, please ship the item back and send a photo of your shipping receipt and tracking number to hello@ninetydegree.com.au

Your exchange will be shipped ASAP after we have received proof of shipment.

Returns/Exchanges Terms & Conditions

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Ninety Degree is not responsible for lost parcels and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment.

Faulty Items

The highest level of construction methods and care have gone into making every single Ninety Degree garment. Where you believe an item is faulty, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The item will be assessed and if applicable, a replacement item will be sent to you complimentary of Ninety Degree within a reasonable period.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email an image of the fault to hello@ninetydegree.com.au prior to returning the item.
